Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a  exchange.

To be eligible for a exchage, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 7 days of receiving the order.

If you need a size exchange, we’d happily arrange for that depending on availability.

If you need to return a product or exchange it for another, we’re happy to arrange for that too.

We request you to return the products in their original packaging along with the original packing

Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.

Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale or been purchased offline.

The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it’s within India.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply for order exchanges.

To start your return process, go to send an email to sales.fashionray@gmail.con with complete details of your order and items being returned. Please refer to your invoice or the email that you received with the order.


NOTE:

For COD orders refunds It will take 12-16 Business Days to reflect in your account.as we usually refund the money as per shipping company transit time,depend on the date when you purchase..Moreover the payment will refund in your account in UPI,Paytm or Bank account.Also shipping charges is non refundable which will deduct in your refund amount

Address can be changed prior to 48 hrs when make the order.

Order will be dispatched after the calling confirmation only, not a single order will be dispatched without any calling confirmation 

If you need to cancel the order you can cancel directly while there is a calling confirmation from our company side

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail us on  sales.fashionray@gmail.com and we will give you to the nearest supplier address and you will ship it to them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or Store credits 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Note: If you already exchanged the product once then there is no policy for return we can help you with 1 more Free exchange after 1 exchange but we will not going to Return the product after that..
